Please note that full custom orders, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
